Legislative act abolishes fee for issuing licenses for the use of foreign labour and labour of stateless persons for persons in regard to whom the decision was taken to process a document in order to settle the issue of granting the status of a refugee.
The law applies the scope of the Law “On the Fundamentals of Social Protection of Homeless Persons and Street Children” to the abovementioned persons.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4574.
