The Law establishes that a notary, as a special subject having functions of a state registrar of rights to immovable property, and having a stamp of such registrar, exercises powers according to the Law “On state registration of proprietary rights to immovable property and their encumbrances”.
According to the Law, a notary, exercising a respective notarial act, shall use the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property.
