The law supplements article 19 of the Law “On State Registration of Property Rights to Immovable Property and their Encumbrances” with a provision under which, technical inventory for carrying out state registration of ownership rights with subsequent issuance of ownership certificate to objects located on the territories of village councils construction of which was finished prior to August 5, 1992; detached houses; garden and suburban cottages; outbuildings and their extensions, is not needed.
Decision of the respective village council on transfer of a land plot to use or ownership can also be deemed as a document that testifies property rights to land plots, which is necessary for carrying out state registration of ownership rights to the abovementioned items of immovable property.
