The bill (Reg. No. 4160) suggests bring separate provisions of the Budget Code in line with the Constitution of Ukraine. In particular: supplement authorities of the Counting Chamber for control over the state budget revenues and, in connection with this, stipulate provision of the respective information; and exclude provision on consideration of the Annual Message of the President of Ukraine in the course of determination of Main directions of budgetary policy and while making a medium term forecasts of state budget.
