The bill (Reg. No. 4551) was elaborated aiming to finalize implementation of the first (legislative) phase of the Action Plan on the liberalization of the EU visa regime for Ukraine in the field of personal data protection.
The document particularly suggests establish that force of the Law “On the Ombudsman of Ukraine” in cases stipulated by the law also spreads to relations occurring between legal entities of public and private law, and between physical persons located on the territory of Ukraine.
