During the Committee’s meeting on April 9, it was noted that the draft laws on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine in connection with reforming the income and levy bodies (Reg. No. 4588) and on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine in connection with reorganization of income and levy bodies (Reg. No. 4589) was elaborated in order to implement taxation and customs policy in the state; secure administration of the single fee for mandatory state social insurance in connection with liquidation of the Ministry of Income and Levy of Ukraine; and resume activity of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
In view of this, it is suggested amend 117 legislative acts of Ukraine.
