The bill (Reg. No. 4331) suggests regulate issues on periodicity, terms and deadlines of paying unemployment compensation.
The bill particularly stipulates pay unemployment compensation twice a month within the time interval not more than sixteen calendar days, and not less than seven days after the end of the period for which the payment is made; one–time payment of unemployment compensation for organizing entrepreneurial activity for the unemployed should be made during 14 days after the day of state registration of a legal entity, after physical person receiving the status of an entrepreneur.
The Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow better protect rights and legal interests of the unemployed.
