The legislative act stipulates:
grant citizens of 40-55 years old an opportunity to fulfill their constitutional duty and protect the Homeland and its territorial integrity;
regulate the issue on the call to military service when mobilizing private entrepreneur without cessation of their business;
increase social guarantees of the bound to service who are called to military service during mobilization.
The Law prevents decrease of social guarantees of reserve officers who during mobilization will be demotioned.
Amendments were made to laws “On Mobilization and Mobilization Preparation”, “On Military Duty and Military Service”, “On pension for persons discharged from military service and some others”, “On State Secret”, “On social and legal protection of military men and their families”, “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Military Duty and Military Service””.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4500-1.
