The Resolution stipulates conduct parliamentary hearings in May, 2014.
The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed until March 1, 2014 to elaborate and submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine informational and analytical materials on the issue of the parliamentary hearings, duplicated for people’s deputies of Ukraine, respective proposals on recommendations of the parliamentary hearings, and to determine a rapporteur for this issue.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy was instructed to ensure elaboration and holding of the parliamentary hearings and to submit proposals to their recommendations.
It is planned to invite representatives of the central and local executive authorities, local self-government authorities, representatives of NGOs, scientists and experts to participate in the parliamentary hearings.
