The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Procurement” re strengthening transparency of procurement by enterprises”

Under the law, enterprises, determined in clause 21 of part one of article 1 of the applicable law, are obliged to post reports on the results of procurement that is done at their own cost on a website of the respective authorized body within three working days after the conclusion of an agreement.

The respective bill was registered under No. 2207.
