Dear friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 70th liberation anniversary of Khmelnytskyi city from fascist invaders.
Liberators of Khmelnytskyi region made their decent contribution to the annals of the Great Patriotic War. That tragic and at the same time heroic period has proved greatness of people, their invincibility and aspiration to freedom on the native land. We always keep in mind grievous losses and severe tests that fall to the lot of the citizens of Khmelnytskyi and military men-liberators. We bow with gratitude to all of them for their courage and endurance.
May hope for happy future in peace, love and harmony unite us by strengthening faith in the prosperity of a native town and the whole Ukrainian state!
