According to the Law, paragraph two of clause 7 of chapter “Final Provisions” of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014” is expressed in such version:
“following the results of applied measures on ensuring improvements in the development of economy in the first half of 2014, to make suggestions as to restoring volume of expenditure for implementing priority social and economic programmes with consideration of national target programs adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers.”
The Law also amends annexes No. 3, No. 5 and No. 7 of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014” according to annexes No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 of this Law.
The Law comes into force on the next day from its publication.
