Under the conditions of danger to territorial integrity of Ukraine, threat to its state sovereignty, provocation of a forceful scenario, destabilization of situation in the country, as well as violation of its peace and order,
on behalf of the people of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:
1. Expresses full solidarity and extensive support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine that are ready to protect our Homeland, and to the whole personnel – from a minister to an enlisted man.
2. Unconditionally upholds the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, adopted on March 1, 2014, on placing Ukrainian Armed Forces on full combat alert.
3. Entrusts the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to take urgent measures for refining material and financial provision for all needs of the Armed Forces connected with protection of Ukraine, its sovereignty and territorial integrity. In case of necessity, to immediately refer the proposals on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014” to the Verkhovna Rada.
