According to the law, persons that were condemned for committing crimes stipulated by articles 191, 364, 365 and 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, under the conditions determined by this Law, are considered to be rehabilitated.
The scope of this law shall be applied to persons that were condemned in the period of 01/02/2010 – 01/03/2014.
The document includes a provision under which persons, following whose complaints the European Court of Human Rights has determined violation of article 18 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, are also subject to rehabilitation.
The abovementioned persons are considered to be rehabilitated and their rights automatically restored, on the moment this law comes into force.
