The group will work on preparation of a well-balanced and consolidating bill on the development and use of languages in Ukraine that would meet the letter and spirit of the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as international commitments of our state, the principles of the rule of law and guarantees of implementation of the rights and freedoms of a human and a citizen.
The working group will involve leading experts on language policy, constitutional and international law, as well as representatives of Ukrainian national minorities, particularly: P.Hrytsenko, Director of the Institute of the Ukrainian Language of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences; L.Masenko, Professor at the Ukrainian Language Department at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy; V.Shyshkin, a judge at the Constitutional Court of Ukraine; V.Vasylenko, Doctor of Juridical Science and others.
