The legislative act introduces the so-called individual amnesty, i.e. amnesty that has exclusively personal character, for eliminating negative consequences of criminal prosecution of persons solely for political reasons.
The Law includes 28 persons that will be released immediately. Full individual amnesty will be applied to them.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4271.
