RESOLUTION
OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE
“On appointing O.I. Makhnitskyi the Commissioner for controlling the activity of the Prosecutor’s General Office of Ukraine”
In view of actual withdrawal of the President of Ukraine from performing his duties, realizing the responsibility for the situation in the country and considering the necessity of ensuring Ukraine’s national security,
the Verkhovna Rada resolves:
1. To appoint Makhnitskyi Oleh Ihorovych the Commissioner for controlling the activity of the Prosecutor’s General Office of Ukraine.
2. This Resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
