The document established moratorium on liquidation and reorganization of health care institutions of state and communal form of ownership, including:
immediate liquidation of hospitals, policlinics, ambulant clinics, rural health posts (also those situated on the territory of village and township councils) and other medical institutions of state and communal form of ownership;
reorganization of health care institutions leading to a change of their main purpose, and/or reducing the number of employees and patient capacity;
other forms of reorganization aimed at closing health care institutions and reducing capacity of medical care;
reducing hours of operation of medical institutions.
Respective bill was registered under No. 2201.
