According to the Law, not only persons that criminal cases were opened against will be exempt from criminal liability, but also those persons actions of which can bear signs of criminal offences stipulated by this Law.
The Law also stipulates exemption from administrative liability in certain cases.
372 people’s deputies voted in favour.
The voting was held according to ad hoc procedure without decision of the specialized committee.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4073-1.
