took the decision not to hold plenary meetings on February 20-21, 2014.

The people’s deputies will work in the districts and committees in order to prepare an adjusted version of amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine regarding transition to the parliamentary-presidential form of governance. These changes should be carried out in line with the Constitution of Ukraine.
Thereat, there will be prepared an adjusted bill for the period of settlement of political crisis that will secure functioning of all governmental authorities, until the process of amendments to the Main Law is finally completed.
After final preparation and adjustment of this document by the Conciliatory Council, this bill can be brought for consideration and adoption during the extraordinary session of the Parliament.
