The bill (Reg. No. 3027) suggests grant the right to additional vacation to employees, who have two or more children under 15 or a child with disabilities, and in connection with adopting a child, optionally to one of parents but not only to women who work as stipulated by current norms.
The Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will promote fulfillment by parents of their obligations regarding children’s upbringing, caring for their health, physical, spiritual, and moral development, it will also ensure equal rights of mother and father, and will equal birth and foster parents in their rights.
