The bill (Reg. No. 3781) suggest specify that additional guarantees in promoting employment, stipulated by article 14 of the Law “On Employment of Population,” apply also to one of parents or a person replacing them, who cares for at least one child under six years.
The bill stipulates that subjects of small businesses, who hire registered unemployed persons, can receive compensation of a single fee for mandatory state social insurance without limitations of certain (only of priority) types of economic activity.
The Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will improve conditions of citizens’ employment.
