The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities upholds the draft law on amendments to article 44 of the Law “On mandatory state social insurance” (re issuing a pension certificate)

It was mentioned at the meeting that the bill (Reg. No. 3743) suggests amend article 44 of the Law “On mandatory state social insurance” stipulating that persons receiving pension obtain pension certificates from the Pension Fund authorities. Issuance of a pension certificate is free. Order of issuance and an example of a pension certificate are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
