The bill (Reg. No. 2849) suggests amend such laws as “On Libraries and Library Science,” “On Copyright and Related Rights,” “On the distribution of audiovisual works, phonograms, computer programs, databases,” “On Obligatory Copy of Documents,” and “On Publishing.”
The aim of the draft law is to strengthen legal norms at the legislative level which would promote modernization of libraries, development of library science, updating library stocks, etc.
