Committee members have scrutinized two bills – registered under No. 3450 and No. 3450-1.

The bill (Reg. No. 3450) suggests legislate the possibility of using dormitories for the residence of military men, as well as the possibility of using specially adapted barracks as dormitories.

Having analyzed both bills, parliamentarians noted that the bill referred by the Cabinet of Ministers in a better way resolves the problem of legislative settlement of the issues pertaining to military men reside in dormitories.

The people’s deputies suggest consider provisions of the alternative bill when refining the bill registered under No. 3450 for the second reading.
