Dear friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 75th Kirovohrad Oblast establishment anniversary.
Throughout its glorious history, the Kirovohrad Oblast has been a life-giving source of political and spiritual stability of Ukraine. This blessed land has brought up a pleaid of prominent people, creative work of whom became a legacy of world’s culture. It was here that talents of the Ukrainian professional theatre founders M.Kropyvnytskyi, I.Karpenko-Karyi, M.Sadovskyi, P.Saksahanskyi, M.Zankovetska, a writer and public figure V.Vynnychenko, a great dreamer Yu.Yanovskyi, a philosopher D.Chyzhevskyi, were born. A bright chapter of history of national and world pedagogics was created by a prominent pedagogue V.Sukhomlynskyi.
Today this is the Oblast of generous land, powerful scientific potential, talented and hard working people – a flagship of agricultural production and processing industry. Here ferronickel is melted, brown coal and graphite are mined, and production of Oblast industries is exported to almost eighty countries of the world.
Due to persistence, integrity and responsibility, you multiply glory of Ukraine, and create its new history.
On this festive day I wish you good health, happiness, welfare, optimism, inexhaustible energy and new achievements!
