The document suggests the Government to approve the State target social programme on recreation and rehabilitation of children and development of the network of children’s rehabilitation centers for the period until 2017, by January 1, 2014.
The Ministry f Social Policy is recommended to consider in the draft
Programme proposals of the participants of hearings in regard to: increasing
financing of measures on broadening the network of children’s rehabilitation
centers in regions; reconsider the list of measures that pertain to increasing
the quality of children’s recreation and rehabilitation; use of advanced
methods in the educational work with children during recreation, etc.The Ministry is also suggested to study the issue on introduction of the Single registrar of children that require rehabilitation, recreation, as well as sanatorium and resort treatment.
Under the Recommendations, the Cabinet of Ministers, by April 1, 2014, should bring food standards of education and recreation institutions in line with modern requirements.
The Committee also drew attention of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Social Policy and the Social Insurance Fund against Temporary Disability to the necessity to adhere to requirements of article 1 of the Law “On Children’s Recreation and Rehabilitation”.
