The bill (Reg. No. 3084) aims to refine regulatory legal acts that govern legal relations of economic entities and protect them against unjustified obstruction of economic activity on the part of controlling bodies by entitling such entities with the powers necessary for efficient protection of their rights.

Particularly, it is suggested amend the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and the law “On the Main Principles of State Monitoring (Control) in the Sphere of Economic Activity”.

In the course of discussion, Committee members noted that the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court and the Highest Administrative Court, having expressed their remarks, deem the draft law includes legally unjustified proposals and requires refinement.
