It was stated at the Committee meeting on December 18 that the bill (reg. No. 3404) suggests amend articles 49 and 51 of the Law “On mandatory state social insurance” and establish that in case of pensioner’s moving abroad for permanent residence to the country Ukraine has an international agreement in the sphere of pension provision with, consent for mandatory status of which is provided by the Verkhovna Rada, pension payment is made in the order stipulated by the agreement.
Also, according to the bill, in case of pensioner’s moving abroad for permanent residence to the country Ukraine does not have an international agreement in the sphere of pension provision with, consent for mandatory status of which is provided by the Verkhovna Rada, pension payment is made according to place of their residence outside of Ukraine in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
