The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the Court System and the Status of Judges” (re the official salary of judges)

The Law aims to balance the state budget and avoid additional expenditures on payment of labour of judges in the amount of approximately UAH 0,6 bln. In view of this, paragraph five of part three of article 129 was excluded from the existing law.

The respective bill was registered under No. 3768.
