The bill (Reg. No. 3769) suggests postpone enactment of the Law of Ukraine of 17/11/2011 No. 4050-VI “On State Service” until January 1, 2015.
It was noted that the legislative initiative was elaborated in order to “enact it line with the new version of the Law “On the Service in Local Self-Government Bodies” and to provide for the respective expenditures for the implementation of these laws in the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015”.
Participants of the meeting stressed expediency of adoption of the bill in entirety “since no remarks to the bill were voiced.”
