The bill (Reg. No. 3766) stipulates specification of state budget revenues for 2013 aiming at proper implementation of the state budget expenditures until the end of this year.
In general it is suggested to decrease revenues indices by UAH 19.395,9 mln and increase public borrowings indices by UAH 19.395,9 mln with a respective increase of state budget deficit and limiting amount of the public debt as of the end of 2013.
The bill stipulates amendments to articles 1 and 5 and annexes No. 1 and No. 2 of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” in order to implement such legislative initiative.
The Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat claims the bill can be adopted as a basis with consideration of the suggested remarks and a respective conclusion of the government.
The Ministry of Finance suggests the bill for consideration and adoption.
On December 18, 2013 the Committee considered the bill and claimed that, since the Verkhovna Rada has other bills on amendments to revenues and funding of the state budget to consider, in case of their adoption before consideration of this bill, it is necessary to specify all respective indices included in it.
Following the results of the consideration, the Committee has adopted a decision to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety, with consideration of proposals expressed in the letter-conclusion of the Committee to the Verkhovna Rada, following the results of its consideration in the first reading.
