The aim of the bill (Reg. No. 3225) is regulating at legislative level the issue of preserving structure of All-Ukrainian public organizations registered before the Law “On Public Associations” of March 22, 2012 No. 4572- VI came into force.
The bill suggests amend particularly the “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law “On Public Associations.”
It was mentioned at the meeting that adoption of this bill will help preserve the status of All-Ukrainian public organizations, particularly public organizations of persons with disabilities and their territorial structures which were formed for decades.
