The morning plenary meeting started with a delay of 15 minutes.
Representatives of the opposition factions gathered in the Presidium and near the tribune.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak, having opened the morning meeting, invited representatives of factions to the office of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada for consultations, and, in connection with the impossibility for further conducting the meeting, adjourned it.
Next plenary meeting of the third session will be held on Thursday, December 5.
