As it was mentioned during the Committee’s meeting, the bill (Reg. No. 2352a) is aimed at regulating legal relations with the participation of the Ministry of Finance, local financial authorities, the State Tax Service, the State Customs Service, the State Treasury Service, the State Financial Inspection and their territorial authorities, as well as the State Service for Financial Monitoring and the National Bank by determining for them separate categories of cases when they are exempt from paying court fee.
Moreover, it is suggested to exclude the State Service for Financial Monitoring and the National Bank from the list of state authorities having privileges for paying the court fee.
It was stressed that the Supreme Court, the High Specialized Court for Civil and Criminal Cases, the Supreme Economic Court, the State Court Administration, experts from the Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada and National University ‘Odesa Law Academy’ claim the bill is reasonable and justified.
