The Committee on National Security and Defence recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on establishment and production of armaments, military and specialty equipment

The bill (Reg. No. 2420a) aims to regulate fundamentals of legal regime of military equipment; establish basic principles and means of state regulation of activity in the sphere of manufacture military equipment; establish directions for practical implementation of the system of elaboration and manufacture of armament, military and special equipment, as well as the order of attracting non-state investments into the abovementioned sphere’ powers of central bodies of executive authorities.

The document outlines main principles of activity, connected with manufacturing of military products.

The bill determines main tasks of the subjects of manufacturing.
