The bill (Reg. No. 3284) stipulates detalize commodity code 3904100000 of the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (УКТЗЕД code), for which there are zero privilege and full-value import tax rates in the Customs Tariff of Ukraine, by separating within it two УКТЗЕД codes - 3904100010 and 3904100090.

Polyvinylchloride that is suggested to be labeled under 3904100090 commodity subcategory is produced in Ukraine and, thus, it is expedient agree to increasing import tax duty to 6,5 per cent.
