The bill (Reg. No. 2355) suggests establish zero privilege and full-value import tax rates for a range of products of a commodity item 7204 in the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity.

People’s deputies believe that abolition of a duty on strategic to metallurgic industry raw materials, which entered into force on 01/01/2013, will allow Ukrainian steel producers avoid extra expenses and maintain production costs when using imported scrap metals at the level of previous years.
