The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets” (re disclosure of information)

The bill (Reg. No. 3299) suggests supplement the existing law with the provisions that obligate “financial institutions, regulated by the National Commission that exercises state regulation in the sphere of financial services markets, to disclose information about themselves and the services they provide by posting such information on publicly available single information databases and on their own web sites”.

Implementation of the bill provisions will help strengthen transparency of activity and disclosure of information by participants of financial market through establishment of the “single window” for posting information about financial institutions.
