The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to article 7 of the Law “On mandatory state social insurance in case of temporary disability and expenses caused by the burial” re including to the pensionable service the period of a child-care leave until the child turns three

The Law suggests include to the pensionable service of insured persons the period of a child-care leave until the child turns three. This period would be considered as a period for which a single fee is paid, proceeding from the minimum insurance payment.

The respective amendments were made to article 7 of the Law “On mandatory state social insurance in case of temporary disability and expenses caused by the burial”.

The respective bill was registered under No. 3116.
