The bill (Reg. No. 2418a) suggests start introduction of savings system of mandatory state pension insurance in experiment mode for the period of 2014-2015 with further transfer to its functioning in full extent as stipulated by the Law ‘On Mandatory State Pension Insurance.’
Particularly, it is suggested to transfer insurance payments to the Pension Savings Fund starting from January 1, 2014.
The bill also stipulates determine conditions for transferring insurance payments to savings system of mandatory state pension insurance, as well as functions of managing pension savings of members of the Savings Fund. Amendments to be made to the Law ‘On Mandatory State Pension Insurance’ and the Law ‘On collection and accounting of the single fee on mandatory national social insurance.’
