It was noted during the Committee meeting that the bill (Reg. No. 3245) is aimed to ensure exercising powers of taking response measures, determined by the Code of Civil Protection of Ukraine, by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Particularly, it is suggested to supplement chapter one of article 5 of the Law ‘On Court Fee’ with a new clause 25.

The people’s deputies stressed that today one of the most problematic issues is payment of the court fee by state supervision authority in the sphere of fire and technogenic safety, in case of filing an administrative claim to administrative court.
