The bill (Reg. No. 2162a) suggests a new version of part one of article 13 of the Law “On Economic Associations” in order to bring it in line with provisions of article 16 of the Economic Code of Ukraine. The subject of legislative initiative believes that this will allow eliminate controversies in the existing acts and improve conditions for performing entrepreneurial activity.

Members of the Committee expressed several remarks to the bill. Particularly, attention was attached to the opinion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.
