The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should recommit the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Public Procurement” re improvement of payment procedure of goods, works and services bought with public funds

The bill (Reg. No. 3036) suggests specify that the payment procedure of goods, works and services should be included in such documents of public procurement: procurement agreement, request for quotation, documentation of electronic reverse auction, etc.

During the discussion, the Committee members voiced several remarks to the bill. Attention was drawn also to the opinions of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.
