The bill (Reg. No. 3266) suggests postpone the date of enactment of provisions of the Law “On Collection and Registration of a Single Fee for Mandatory State Social Insurance” regarding introduction of a certificate of the insured person in the system of national mandatory state social insurance from January 1, 2014 to January 1, 2015.
People’s deputies upheld the bill adoption of which will allow settle the issue of introduction of a special document in the form of e-smart card with visual personified features that secures documentation, storage and use of personal information on the rights that a person has acquired in the sphere of national mandatory state social insurance.
