The bill (Reg. No. 2599a) suggests not spread the force of laws “On Public Procurement” and “On peculiarities of the procurement in specific areas of economic activity” on procurement of goods, works and services necessary for implementing “measures on security upgrade of nuclear power plants units” and “organization and technical measures for continuing operation of nuclear power plants units.”
According to the people’s deputies, implementation of the draft law’s provisions will ensure the possibility to choose in due time the suppliers of goods, works and services for nuclear power plants units.
