The bill (Reg. No. 2053a) suggests establish environmental audit in case of liquidation or shut down of enterprises conducting environmentally hazardous activity.

The bill suggests specify general principles of conducting environmental audit for objects of increased environmental hazard.

During the preparation of the bill for the second hearing, subjects with the right of legislative initiative sent 8 proposals, 3 of which were adopted, 5 – rejected.
