The bill (Reg. No. 2380) suggests introduce a new version of article 171 of the Housing Code harmonizing it with the Laws “On the complex reconstruction of neighborhoods (micro districts) of obsolete housing stock” and “On alienation of land plots and other objects of immovable property located on them in private ownership for the social needs and on the grounds of social necessity.”
The people’s deputies stressed the necessity of overcoming negative situation in this sphere by legal means.
The Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow ensure practical implementation of projects on reconstruction of neighborhoods, streets, as well as demolition of old buildings and improvement of living conditions for people who are resettling.
