The bill (Reg. No. 3257) aims to refine social protection of people with spine disorders by securing their right to obtaining the necessary medical assistance in the specialized hospital.
It was stressed that the bill suggests amend Appendix No. 3 “Allocation of State Budget Expenditures of Ukraine for 2013” and increase expenditures of the Ministry of Health Care by UAH 1350,0 thousand by setting up a new budgetary programme “Subvention form the state budget to the oblast budget of Donetsk Oblast Hospital in order to secure functioning of Donetsk Oblast Hospital rehabilitation for treatment of people with spine disorders” (code КПКВ 2311150).
It was noted that limited capabilities of oblast budget will prevent form providing the hospital with sufficient funding and the budgets of other oblasts do not stipulate expenditures for treatment of diseased in Donetsk hospital. Participants of the meeting stressed that disabled have to independently pay for treatment and stay in the hospital. Thereat, the period of treatment lasts form three to nine months.
