The bill (Reg. No. 2793, refined) aims at refining separate provisions of the civil legislation ensuring possibilities of implementation and protection of civil rights.
It is suggested to amend the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law “On state registration of property rights to immovable property and their limitations.” The bill also stipulates supplement article 387 and 1283 of the Civil Code; additional amendments should be made to the Criminal Code and the Customs Code.
According to the Committee members, when preparing the bill for the second hearing it is reasonable to keep the current version of article 19 of the Law “On state registration of property rights to immovable property and their limitations.”
